We at HeSheDeal.com have crafted our items for comfort, style and our love for the environment. We love all our products and hope you will too. We will take care of shipping & exchanges at our end, so you can go ahead and try the comfort we have crafted, hassle free.

We have a Free 7-day Trial Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Note on Second Exchange: To get your the best of the products at affordable prices we need make sure that we do not have high margins built in to our products For this reason we need to charge you Rs 150 for the the second exchange. First exchange is still always free as long as it’s for size!

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in:

unused and the same condition as you received it the original packaging.

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:

If the product is returned after seven days
If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging

In case of a size issue, defective or damaged product, we would be happy to assist you in exchange for the orders placed during the sale.

You will receive a confirmation as soon as the Product is received, and your payment will be processed within seven business days of receipt of the returned package.
